1. Scope

The sage's offering is primarily intended for end-users, which is why the sage reserves the right to refuse or refuse orders, especially if the say is to order non-consumer quantities of products.
For the products ordered by the buyer, the prices valid in the webshop in Swiss francs and excluding shipping costs apply unless the total order value does not exceed CHF 100.00. The shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and in the order confirmation.
the sage delivers exclusively to delivery addresses within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping route and type of packaging are determined by the sage. Partial deliveries are permitted, resulting in additional shipping costs.
Delivery dates and / or deadlines indicated or communicated by the sage are not binding. If the delay is more than twenty days or if there is no delivery possibility for more than twenty days, the customer and the sage are entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

 

4. Terms of payment
 

Payment for all orders must be made in Swiss Francs, either by credit card, Direct Banking, Apple Pay or Paypal.

 

5. Prüfung, Gewährleistung und Haftung

The customer must check the received consignments or products promptly for accuracy, completeness and freedom from defects. Any deviations from the order and any defects must be notified in writing via e-mail within working days of delivery of the delivery.

the sage warrants only that the ordered products have no defects in materials and / or workmanship at the time of delivery to the customer.
Returns are at the expense of the customer. The customer undertakes to contact us via hello@the-sage.ch before returning the goods and no later than 10 days after receiving the goods.
Wear and tear as well as consequences of improper or careless use, failure to care for and repair attempts by the customer or third parties are no defects.
The warranty may be fulfilled by the sage in its sole discretion by repair, replacement (by an identical or similar product), purchase price reduction or by refund of the purchase price. Other benefits, in particular compensation, are excluded in the event of a defect.
The customer agrees with the purchase to use the products only for the intended use.

Any further liability of the sage in connection with the products or services of the sage and its assistants is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

 

6. Data security and privacy
 

The data transmission takes place via Internet. The Internet is an open, accessible to everyone network and is thus generally not a safe environment. All payment transactions are settled according to the usual security standard ("https: //") at the time of the transaction. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with and in compliance with the applicable data protection provisions for the purpose of contract execution and the maintenance of relationships with customers (including marketing measures).
The transfer of personal data of the customer to third parties outside of Frei Designs is carried out exclusively to the service partners involved in the contract, such. For example, the logistics company responsible for the delivery. In such cases, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required for the execution of the contract. A further passing on of customer data to third parties does not take place. The customer agrees to the collection, processing and use of his personal data in accordance with the aforementioned instructions.
Furthermore, the conditions for the use of the website of the Webshop, which can be called up under the Privacy Policy, also apply to the buyers.

 

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
 

The contractual relationship, including these General Terms and Conditions, is exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding the conflict of laws provisions of Swiss international private law, in particular to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention). Jurisdiction is Romanshorn, Kt. Thurgau, Switzerland, where the sage is entitled to prosecute the customer at its general jurisdiction.
