ManuTeeFaktur does this according to their own recipe and by hand.
The delicious mixture, called Karha, is created by boiling black tea with various warming spices.
Cinnamon has a naturally cleansing effect, cardamom is considered the queen of spices in India - with its very own note, it refreshes the mind and stimulates the heart. the dried flower buds of cloves warm from the inside and the ginger root is a real super weapon against colds.

In India, tea lovers are spoiled for choice: tea fields as far as the eye can see. Among other things, the gigantic land is the cradle of Masala Chai (मसाला चाय) which translates as “Spiced Tea”. Put 2-3 heaped teaspoons in cold water and heat.
Let simmer for at least 10 minutes. The longer you brew, the more intense the taste.
Just before drinking, add about 200ml of oat or rice milk and briefly bring to the boil.
